If you would like to purchase from one of these other music services and add it to iTunes, here’s how to do so:

Purchase & download the album CD Baby, Amazon, or Google Music store. Now to add your downloaded music to iTunes – 

  1. Open the iTunes app.
  2. Select Add File to Library from the menu.
  3. Browse to the file or location where you saved your download (e.g. your default “Downloads” folder, “Your Music,” your “Desktop”).
  4. Select each track you want to add and confirm.
  5. You may now connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod and sync the album to your device via iTunes.

We just found out that Google, Amazon, and iTunes automatically changed our album price from $9.99 down to $8.99, so now is the time to pick up your discounted copy, grab another one or even gift the album to a loved one!

Listening Party!

Let’s have a listening party this week! And before you run off thinking this will not be fun, or sounds like more work than you want to do, I promise that it will be beneficial AND worth your time!

The truth is we all make plenty of mistakes, like my triple jump failure that I posted on Facebook last night

… and which my Mom so beautifully captured. We know that it does not take much for us to feel like we failed at something or to get a week or two out from an event like 5in5 before that negative talk starts up inside our brains.

But we can change this by not believing these lies rolling around upstairs, AND by getting outside of ourselves to help others who might be facing these same feelings. So I propose that we join forces and throw a listening party!

Stop Songwriting!

I am exhausted. Last week was a beautiful, tough, exhilarating, difficult, eye-opening, and exhausting experience.  Each 5in5 brings new creative ideas and helps highlight thoughts I do not always realize I have rumbling around inside my soul, but it is always a long week.
