Hey everyone! After doing a little work to get the blog set up it seems now would be a good time to talk about our annual 5in5 songwriting challenge.
For anyone who might not be familiar with what I’m talking about, you can click here – 5IN5 – to read a few of the rules and get the general idea of what it is.
Due to all the changes that are going on in our lives (more about these in another post) we are not going to be able to do 5in5….
…in May. But don’t worry, we’re just going to move the date back a few weeks this year to June 2nd-6th. Sorry for the cruel joke, I couldn’t resist!
I know that summer is a time when people have many plans, but I’m hoping we can mobilize for this week in June and challenge ourselves to another exciting week of songwriting in our community.
I’ll be providing more details about 5in5 in the next few days, but I wanted to get this moving. In the comments section below, please let me know if you’ll be joining us… it’s going to be hard work but so rewarding!!
